How will  I know if my abstract was submitted?

After you complete your submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you letting you know that your submission was successfully received. Keep a copy of this receipt for your records, along with a copy of the original documents.


Can I make any changes to any part of my abstract submission (e.g., edits to the abstract document, addition or deletion of supporting material)?

No. Once all information (abstracts, supporting materials, and other demographic information) is submitted, it cannot be changed, If there is an issue with your abstract content, contact ACPH staff at physicianhealth@ama-assn.org or (312) 464-4043.


When will I be notified if my abstract was accepted?

Acceptance or decline of the abstract was communicated via email to the corresponding/submitting author in early June 2019. If you did not receive a status update email and need to get a hold of ACPH staff, contact us at physicianhealth@ama-assn.org.


Travel arrangements


When can I register for the conference and book my hotel room?

Registration for the conference, as well as when you can book your hotel, is now open. Information regarding registration costs can be found on the ACPH registration page. There is also a room block at the Sheraton Charlotte/Le Meridien Hotel at the discounted group rate of $214 USD. Check out the ACPH travel details page for more information.
