Will the ACPH 2023 conference be an in-person or virtual event?

Stanford Medicine, the American Medical Association and Mayo Clinic is proud to host the 2023 ACPH as an in-person conference. All three organizations will continue to carefully monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, working closely with leadership, venue staff and healthcare officials. If the conference is moved to a full virtual event, postponed, or canceled, attendees will be notified via email communication. We encourage you to visit the ACPH Health & Safety Protocols to stay updated on information.

Abstracts

When will the call for abstracts open for ACPH 2023?

The call for abstracts closed on March 17, 2023 deadline.

How will  I know if my abstract was submitted?

After you complete your submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you letting you know that your submission was successfully received. Keep a copy of this receipt for your records, along with a copy of the original documents.

Can I make any changes to any part of my abstract submission (e.g., edits to the abstract document, addition or deletion of supporting material)?

No. Once all information (abstracts, supporting materials, and other demographic information) is submitted, it cannot be changed, If there is an issue with your abstract content, contact ACPH staff at physicianhealth@ama-assn.org.

When will I be notified if my abstract was accepted?

Acceptance or decline of the abstract will be communicated via email to the corresponding/submitting author in May 2023. If you did not receive a status update email and need to get a hold of ACPH staff, contact us at physicianhealth@ama-assn.org.

Travel arrangements

Where will ACPH 2023 be held?

ACPH 2023 will be October 11-13, 2023 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, CA.

When can I register for the conference and book my hotel room?
