Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is located:

ACPH 2027 will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Maryland. Conference fees do not include accommodation. All attendees (including abstract presenters) are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements.
The cutoff date for reservations is Friday, Sept. 17, 2027. Thereafter, rooms will be released back to the hotel. Further requests for hotel rooms will be based on availability, and the hotel is under no obligation to guarantee the negotiated rate after the cutoff date.
Note: The destination fee of $27 is included in the negotiated rate of $339/night. Destination fee will be removed from your final bill upon departure.
